China Resolved International was founded by Ling Li, a trained negotiator and mediator.

Prior to setting up her own business, Ling was, for seven years, the Senior Chinese Liaison Manager for a substantial international law firm based in the City of London. She worked on cases ranging from commercial disputes to high profile personal injury cases, providing partners acting on behalf of Chinese clients will invaluable support and assistance.

Ling began her career in international trade and finance, working for a number of international companies in Europe and China. 

She is a qualified mediator, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.  She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Trade, a post-graduate diploma and degree in International Finance and Bilingual Translation.

Ling was born and brought up in China and has lived in the UK for more than 18 years. She is a tri-lingual, being fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
